The connection from the farm to the table is so short that fresh, natural flavors become the star of each dish. Merriman's Kapalua prepares in-house all artisan breads, pastries, ice creams, sorbets, and sausages and has an eclectic wine list of bottles from around the country with over 25 wine-by-the-glass selections.
